We have a 3-step process in verifying code compliance for repairs and partial approvals.
The first step is to verify what the required material for the repair will be.
We will perform the repair to failure. If the repair can be completed within code compliance, then we will consult with the homeowner and contractor indicating the property can be restored with a repair.
If the repair cannot be completed within code compliance, then we will supplement to the insurance.
Important: There is no guarantee on the outcome of claims negotiations. We prepare all our files to move into the Appraisal process and eventually the Legal Process depending on the circumstances of the claim.
