9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRO-BUILD NETWORK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
• Any work performed or not performed by any Contractor

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
